Case study - VA Tech Escher Wyss Flovel Limited
They gave us a high-precision job demanding accuracy tolerance of 20 microns. A tolerance limit had to be maintained in bores at the same time. Avibha decided to execute the job on a 5-Axis DMG machine, hence reducing the completion time by 25%. The number of reference points required to complete the job were reduced to only 1 for the adjusting cross piece and 2 for the deflector. The in-house time required by the customer to complete the job was 10 times more than what Avibha was able to deliver to the client due to its concentrated efforts and skilled manpower.
