The manufacturing process is broadly divided into Pre-Production and Post-Production.
Pre-Production process starts when an enquiry is received. The details are worked out between the two parties and the order is finalized. Engineers at Avibha do a detailed planning and come with a design. This design is then made into a pattern, following which casting and machining are done. The product is assembled and trails are undertaken before painting and labeling. The final assembly is now completed.
Post-Production process starts with welding assemblies together. The assembled product is buffed and powder costing / electro dipping completed. Stringent quality checks are undertaken prior to dispatch.
