Avibha through its young Management and experienced team have supported their customer by machining of very critical excel cover and proved their worth thrice to the nation by developing import substitution.
- Avibha has developed a component for Imperial Auto in SS 304 which is a Flange for Suzuki a very critical component for which Korean people flag their hands off as far as handling is concerned. Engineers at Avibha believed that this was the most critical component till yet in their experience.Will strong will power and huge efforts of 6 months they prove their worth in developing the component which is having deep draw of up to 32mm in 1.5mm thickness in a blank size of 100mm Dia. This was the second time when we developed an import substitution for a betterment.
- Machining of railways components such as Scroll Housing & Housing turbo main, which is a engine parts for 4000HP engine power and the most critical component for railways.
