Escorts Construction Equipment Limited wanted to launch a competitive product in the market within 8 weeks. Avibha handled the project from design to final assembly stage. To deliver the project on time we had to "get it right the first time". We utilized our extreme close relations with our vendors and service providers for foundry & die-making, to reduce the original time required by 40%. The Upper and Lower side gull Wing was broken into two segments to make handling easier and subsequently reducing the cost.
